Nest Assured provides personalized management of your property whether you own it as your personal second home retreat or rent it as investment income. Our goal is to do whatever we can to make long-distance home ownership easier and less stressful, from simple maintenance to renovation projects, or opening and stocking your home with your selections of food and household items before you arrive.

We provide bi-weekly home inspections, mail collection, indoor plant and landscape maintenance, bill payment, and pool maintenance. We can organize and monitor repairs and service personnel to perform needed services prior to your arrival, reducing your distractions and obligations while here.

Project Management

Nest Assured offers an exclusive service for boutique projects and discerning clients who seek a high-end service tailored to their specifications. We know what is required to see a project through from inception to completion and act as a single point of contact during the project duration, ensuring peace of mind every step of the way.

Concierge Services

Our concierge services include:

• Chauffeur hire (airport pick-up and more), restaurant reservations, travel reservations
• Food and household items purchase and stock prior to your arrival
• Housekeeping services for your home, clothing, bedding, linen, cleaners, etc.
• Home preparation for your guest and/or your arrival
